Protected Terms and Techniques

R3 developed the E Shot® and V Shot®  as the most cutting edge combinations of biologics combined with very specific placement for your procedures that enhances and elongates patient outcomes. They are federally trademarked to limit ANYONE from using the procedure terms unlawfully, protecting our Licensed & Certified providers. Providers who go through R3’s Training have the opportunity to sign on and utilize the marketing materials, trademarked terms and ongoing support.

V Shot® Training

The V Shot®, known as the Vagina Shot, includes a combination of the following to significantly improve female sexual experience along with improvements for urinary incontinence:

  • Platelet Power Plasma®, which involves photoactivating blood with several specific wavelengths to activate stem cells from the patient’s own blood! Normal blood has VERY FEW active stem cells in it, but with the proprietary activation technique that dramatically increases! It also increases the amount of growth factors and duration of their release to further enhance the female’s response.
  • Exosomes – derived from umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, these nano-vesicles stimulate collagen formation, new blood flow, fibrin and elastin to facilitate stronger muscles, lubrication and clitoral sensation for an enhanced sexual experience and less incontinence.
  • Technique: Special numbing techniques and specific placement points intra-vaginal and intra-clitoris for optimal results.

The interventional techniques presented during the course will be practiced under the direct supervision of the instructors in order to enable participants to become proficient with these skills.

When it comes to urinary incontinence, The V Shot® may help women with problems controlling their flow of urine by tightening their vaginal tissue and rebuilding their body’s own natural collagen. The V ShotTM facilitates repair and regeneration of the vaginal and bladder musculature, permitting better urine flow control.

A recent 2021 study (Athanasiou et al) evaluated 20 patients with stress urinary incontinence who received PRP therapy twice at 4 to 6 week intervals. Amazingly, 80% of the women reported significant improvements in their symptoms, and no adverse events were reported.

R3 has developed the groundbreaking V Shot® for female urinary incontinence. The vaginal rejuvenation procedure involves application of regenerative growth factors to several areas of the vaginal area. E Shot® Training

The E Shot®, known as the Erection Shot, includes a combination of the following to improve those suffering from Erectile Dysfunction. Men who have ED due to a blood flow issue are able to typically then achieve erection spontaneously after the procedure “kicks in”. The outcomes are much better and more sustained than just with PRP therapy.

  • Platelet Power Plasma®, which involves photoactivating the patient’s own concentrated blood with several specific wavelengths to activate stem cells that are normally present but inactive! Normal blood has VERY FEW active stem cells in it, but with the proprietary activation technique that dramatically increases! It also increases the amount of growth factors and duration of their release to further enhance the female’s response.
  • PRP or PRF - Depending on the patient’s needs, the E Shot may include PRP or PRF for best results. Learn which technique to use.
  • Exosomes – derived from ethically sourced umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, these nano-vesicles stimulate new blood flow, fibrin and elastin, enhance collagen formation, to facilitate incredible erection capacity for improved sexual experience that includes stiffer penis and better penetration capability.
  • Neurotoxin – for specific patients, placement of a neurotoxin may not only further enhance blood flow, but also elongate the penis which is highly desired.
  • Technique: Special numbing techniques and specific placement points throughout the shaft and tip.

A 2021 study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine by Poulios et al showed that growth factors with PRP for ED was 70% effective (Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Improves Erectile Function). The addition of photoactivation and exosomes is how the effectiveness increases to 90%.
