The course includes training in both the V-Shot® and E-Shot® procedures — federally trademarked procedures that enhance and elongate patient outcomes. They are federally trademarked to limit anyone from using the procedure terms unlawfully, protecting our Licensed and Certified providers.
In order to make the two drugs organized, they can focus on PRP specifically, with step-by-step learning PRP and their combination techniques.

V-Shot® Training
The V-Shot® (Vaginal Shot)
The V-Shot® — shot into the Vagina Shots, formulates a combination of benefits from long-lasting and significantly improvements of the “The Tray IT”.
The V-Shot® is a procedure taught for women with sexual health concerns. Results vary by patient. and quality of life. Women with sexual dysfunction disorders, arousal disorders, difficulty achieving orgasm, or painful intercourse can all benefit from this treatment.
E-Shot® Training
The E-Shot® (Erectile Shot)
The E-Shot® — shot into the Shots for men, formulates a combination of benefits from long-lasting and significantly improvements of the “The Tray IT” and more.
R3 developed the procedure known as E-Shot® to help men who are suffering from Erectile Dysfunction. The approach uses PRP to help improve male sexual performance through increased blood flow to the penis.

A 2021 study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine by Poulios et al. looked at PRP for ED.
PRP is being studied for erectile function. The course also covers photoactivation and exosomes as additional options.

Dr. Cohen founded A New Way Clinic, a functional medicine practice in Portland. He teaches how supplements can fit alongside procedures.
David Greene, MD, PhD, MBA
David Greene, MD, MBA founded R3 Medical Training to help providers learn needed skill sets in an immersive setting. Dr. Greene actively participates in a lot of the training courses. He regularly presents on marketing for online patient acquisition, including sales training too!
